Important Conditions to Note
- All services are prepaid in advance
- Service is available exclusively for projects delivering social impact.
- Reselling the service requires holding a relevant telecom license.
- All offers are provided as a managed service. Customers will not have access to the Starlink portal to control the dish and router. unconnected.org will manage this on their behalf.
connectIMPACT Purchases
The connectivity is provided as a single block of 6 months, starting from: The activation of the dish, or 30 days after the order is paid. After the prepaid period, customers will be invoiced monthly under the at the rates available at that time.
Delivery of the Starlink Dish typically takes 2-3 weeks.
Gifted equipment: Cannot be resold and Gifted Starlink dishes will be locked to the unconnected.org Starlink Enterprise portal for 12 months from the activation date.
